I’m Sarah Holmes and welcome to my platform Wired To Heal.
My hunger for knowledge, and my determination (and desperation!) to overcome my own health challenges, has led me into a world of discovery that has shifted every part of who I am. This platform captures my lived experience, deepest insights, & knowledge around real-life mind-body wellbeing.
My studying into the field of neuroscience has deeply impacted the way in which I understand the mind-body connection. So too has my background in psychology, and my experience as a Life Coach, and Integrative Health Coach.
I have had no roadmap, no role model, and no fix-all magic pills along the way. My mind & intuition has been my guiding light for decades on this journey, as I have weaved through every possible emotion and physical challenge. I have searched & studied high and low, to find untapped answers into the unknown possibilities of healing. I have yearned to understand the science behind how our thoughts & beliefs change our genetic expression; the power of food as medicine; and the secret to happiness despite disease management. Each discovery I have applied on my own body. And some of my greatest 'scientific' discoveries has been anecdotal – observing and listening to my body.
Wired To Heal is for to anyone who is craving inspiring & practical content around mind-body health. For those quietly battling chronic illness and feel alone, confused and despondent. For those feeling called to live a more natural toxic-free lifestyle. For those merely surviving and wanting more balance and vitality. For those wanting to follow a more anti-inflammatory lifestyle. For those wanting to learn about the brain, and the mind’s potential. For those needing healthy, quick meals. For those wanting to elevate their health & influence their family as a whole.
And for those who are simply curious.
My commitment is to bring real, authentic, and grounded perspectives on how to live a happier and healthier life. I look forward to connecting with you & learning from each other on our journeys to health.
If we want to see physical changes in our health, we must first start with our thoughts and beliefs. Our thoughts alter our biochemistry and shape the way our cells behave. You can be wired for repetitive negative thinking. Or you can be wired to change, thrive, and heal. My hope is that you are wired to heal.
